What is VSDT®?

VSDT® is a pioneering trauma therapy developed by British psychotherapists Nik & Eva Speakman. It can be used to treat all types of trauma & post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

How VSDT®
works®

VSDT® works upon eye movement and schematic memory recall. Through decades of refining, scientific research and clinical trials, it is now recognized as a highly effective trauma therapy.

Research into VSDT®

Three scientific studies and  clinical trials have shown VSDT® to have equal or greater effectiveness than EMDR, the World Health Organisations recommended treatment for trauma.

Trauma

We all experience trauma in one form or another in our lifetime. Statistically one in three people who are involved with or witness trauma will develop PTSD or PTSS.
